Konkona Sen Sharma is an actress par excellence. Her acting skills have been praised by one and all. Now what if I say that she has turned a scriptwriter and director? How do you think she would fare on this? 

Well, if we are to go by the trailer of the film A Death In The Gunj, which she has written and directed, then Konkona the director just might prove to be better than Konkona the actor! Because the trailer simply blew our mind.

The trailer had almost everything, and all in the best proportion. So you have the best actors, a great background score, grand visuals and cinematography and the story told in such a way that will send chills down your spine. Vikrant Massy owns every frame in this trailer. He is the Shutu of a typical Bengali family, the one who is asked to do everything because well he is the youngest among all (we among among those of the same generation, of course). Kalki Koechlin looks so much hot! 

The music was just as fantastic. So you have this soft music, and then with the mounting tension the music changes and escalates the pace. There is this very Bengali touch in “Bhoot nache, Daitya naache”. And then it subsides again, going back to the soft pace! That just nailed it!
