Peshwa Bajirao First Episode: Lives Up To The High Expectations

There has been a lot of buzz around this show, because of its concept and stellar star cast! After the release of ‘Bajirao Mastani’, everyone started to research on the Marathas and the famous, undefeated King, Peshwa Bajirao. This show’s going to tell us all about him, his family, his reign and his fights.

The first episode was very gripping and very informative. I have never been a fan of these historic shows, since most of them are quite boring, very inaccurate and end up turning into fictional shows, with double roles and supernatural powers. But ‘Peshwa Bajirao’ doesn’t seem to be one of those, this episode wasn’t monotonous at all, rather it shows that it has a lot of potential and how much there’s more to see and know about.

 The dialogues were really impactful, the story was very intriguing and dramatic, which is what the audience wants and the best part is that it’s actually historically accurate. One of the biggest reasons to keep on watching it, is Sidharth Nigam. He had done an exceptional job playing Ashok Samrat and I can’t wait for him to enter ‘Peshwa Bajirao’ and see how better he has gotten and what will he bring to the show.

Finally, for me, it seems very promising and I am looking forward to the next few episodes. It has with its first episode lived up to the high expectations, as of now and I hope they don’t ruin it, like most Indian TV shows.
