    Khans, Kumar, Devgn, Ranveer Singh or  Ranbir Kapoor, all superstars of Bollywood one side, but 2019 has been owned by Hrithik Roshan, without a doubt. It was after ages that Hrithik Roshan had to back to back releases with Super 30 and War and both turned out to be massive successes at the box-office. While Super 30 managed rake in Rs. 203 crores, War, of course broke a few records and has collected Rs. 309.35 crores till now and is still going strong at the box-office and is also currently the 7th highest grosser of the year.

    Hrithik Roshan recently sat down for a chat and shared how it feels to own the box-office this year. Talking about the same, Hrithik said, “I am extremely glad, and more so, because this is not just about me but about the film industry flourishing as a whole. It also shows the sheer power that a good story has. Honestly, as an artist, I am very happy that such scripts are being written now. I am really enjoying this new phase of filmmaking.”

    He further added, “As an actor, the aim is always to make movies that entertain the masses. When more and more people watch and appreciate your movie, then, the job is well done. So, it is a very fulfilling feeling.”

    Hrithik also talked about the major transformations he had to undergo for the roles. He said, “It’s rare for me to have two releases so close to each other. Also, Anand Kumar and Kabir are as different from each other as it can get. But I have had a lot of fun playing both the characters. And I am very happy that both the parts have connected with the people at large.”
