Good Newwz Day 3 Box-Office: Akshay-Kareena, Diljit-Kiara Starrer Collects Close To 66 Crores!

The weekend numbers of the last film of 2019, Good Newwz, is here and looks like the film has lived upto its name!

Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani starrer Good Newwz had been the last release of not just 2019 but also of the decade. Needless to say, there had been high expectations from the film, also because of the stellar star cast. The film lived upto its expectations, and its name, and its box-office collection is proof.

The film had opened to good numbers on Friday. But on Saturday and Sunday, it just went upwards and onwards. On Sunday, i.e., on Day 3, the film collected a whopping 26.65 crores compared to 21.78 crores on Saturday. The total collection of the film is now 65.99 crores. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh has also claimed in his tweet that the North sectors are performing well and most of the collection is coming in from the multiplexes.

If the film maintains pace, it would soon enter the 100 crore club. In fact, with the New Year holiday, it should make 100 crores before the end of Week 1.
