Kannada Star Yash Confident That K.G.F Will Beat Shah Rukh Khan's Zero At The Box office

The Biggest Kannada movie ever made K.G.F staring Yash is going to clash on the 21st with Shah Rukh Khan's Zero, K.G.F is one of the most anticipated movies of the year and being dubbed into 4 languages. While it seems that Zero does have the upper hand in this clash, however, Yash is confident the K.G.F will emerge the winner.

In a recent interview when asked about Zero he said, "I am a big fan of Shah Rukh Khan. We are aware of his strengths. He is a superstar, but we have a bigger market in the South. Bollywood films have little share in those regions."

Interestingly enough the Hindi dub of the movie is produced by nonother than Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani. While Zero's release day was fixed months ago K.G.F only recently received its date. The movie is set against the backdrop of the Kolar gold mines and is set in the 1970s, Yash continued by saying that 'There were no second thoughts about the date. We felt the window was ideal as it is the start of the holiday season,"

He added  "Two films releasing on the same day should not be a problem. Both films belong to different genres." and concluded by saying "We are happy with the date and confident about the film. At the end of the day, the audience decides on the basis of what you have done.".

K.G.F is directed by Prashanth Neel and has cast that includes Ramya Krishnan, Nasar and a cameo appearance by Tamanna Bhatia.
