War Day 8 Box-Office: Hrithik-Tiger Starrer Sees A Dip, Collects 11.20 Crores!

Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff starrer War has been raging a war at the box-office. The film had been creating records and crossing benchmarks with every passing day. For the first 7 days, the film refused to slow down and collected over 20 crores every day, which is a feat in itself. But on Day 8, i.e., on Wednesday, it saw a dip for the first time.

War’s collection went below 20 crores for the first time on Day 8. On Wednesday, the film collected 11. 20 crores, and the total collection went to 219.25 crores. If we also take into consideration the Tamil and Telugu versions, then the total collection stands at 228.55 crores.

Well, that is by no means an ordinary feat since the film has still managed to pocket collections in double digits despite last day being a non-holiday. The fact that the holiday season is over would also contribute to the decline in collection. However, the film is now inching closer to overtaking Shahid Kapoor’s Kabir Singh at the box-office and might also emerge as 2019’s first 300 crore film.
