Sidharth Malhotra's Aiyaary Trailer Will Impress You With All The Suspense, Thriller And Action

The Sidharth Malhotra-Manoj Bajpayee starrer Aiyaary is set to hit theatres on 26th January 2018 and will clash with Akshay Kumar starrer Padman . Aiyaary stars Sidharth Malhotra and Manoj Bajpayee as the 2 Indian Army officers who come at loggerheads after Sid's character, Jai Bakshi decides to go rogue.

What follows is a game of cat and mouse as Manoj Bajpayee's Abhay Singh hunts for his protege and looks for the reasons why he turned on the other side. The film is directed by Neeraj Pandey who has directed hits like M.S. Dhoni , The Untold Story, Baby and Special 26. Here is the trailer breakdown:

Geopolitical Thriller: The film is a globetrotting thriller where the characters go from countries to countries in order to find what they are looking for. The film's primary focus is on defence equipment being sold at a higher price by the private players based out of foreign countries to the Indian government.

Theme: The film has a vibe of patriotism throughout and captures the true essence of national security, army, brotherhood and politics.

Siddharth Malhotra: He plays Jai Bakshi, a surveillance officer who comes across some questionable conversations of higher authorities and quits his job from the Indian Army.

Manoj Bajpayee: He plays Abhay Singh, Jai's mentor and a widely respected figure in the Indian Army. He has to get under the skin of conspiracy where his protege has gone rogue.

Neeraj Pandey: The film is directed by Neeraj Pandey who has directed edge of seat thrillers like Baby and Special 26. Both of these films have been hits and have been appreciated for their writing, characters and theme.

Familiar Faces: The film also has acclaimed actors like Naseeruddin Shah , Anupam Kher , Adil Hussain featuring in prominent roles and the cast is solid throughout.
