Gully Boy's trailer had made us all super excited and we could not gush enough about Ranveer Singh. Not only did he look great, but we had been waiting to see him rap like a pro. Even in the trailer, Ranveer's rap was one of the highlights. And now, the entire song is here.

The main track of the film, Apna Time Ayega, proves that Ranveer is not just one of the finest actors of the country but he might also be the new singer on the block. And if not singer, he definitely has become a rapper. In Apna Time Ayega, he never misses a beat and is rapping as if he had been doing it for years.

The lyrics of the song has been written by Divine himself, along with Ankur Tewari and the music has been composed by  Dub Sharma & Divine. The music is super catchy and unlike the raps that you find in abundance in every song nowadays, this will touch your heart. This rap is earthy and yes, there is no 'daaru', 'gaddi' or 'chokdi' involved here, but a lot mehnat and 'shabdo ka jwala'.
