Watch: Emraan Hashmi Nails It As The Self-Righteous Conman In Cheat India Trailer!

Whenever the name Emraan Hashmi is mentioned, what most of the Bollywood buffs remember is a man who showed us how on-screen kisses are to be done. His name has become synonymous with kisses and well, we have reasons for that! But there have been several times when he tried to break this mold, even though these films might not have been commercially successful.

So after a brief supporting role in Baadshaho and a break in 2018, Emraan Hashmi is all set to return with a film where he won't just kiss but would perform. He will be seen as a scamming con-man in Soumik Sen's Cheat India, the trailer of which came out today.

The trailer shows how the con man, played by Emraan Hashmi, makes use of brilliant students to make rich kids get into coveted engineering and management seats. In fact, when questioned by judges, he also proudly says that he finds nothing wrong in providing money to the poor and seats to the rich.

The trailer had full on dialoguebaazi. In fact, every frame had some dialogue that will stay with you. 

The trailer has also not revealed in which direction the film would go. The trailer mixes the idea of impersonators for exams that we have seen in news time and again. The trailer would also remind you of ongoing scams that have rocked the nation.

Well, even though the elements and especially Emraan Hashmi looks in his top form, trailer fails to create a power-packed impact- maybe because of the story that is way too common. Check out the trailer here:
