According to Yasmin, Deepika Padukone has the perfect body for Pilates, which we often see in her videos. Beside this, we have seen Alia's versatility in several movies from her Indian look to bikini look and no doubt her transformation is eye-catching and the secret behind her mind-blowing look is her consistency towards Pilates.
