To be honest, one doesn’t even feel the need to connote Ekta’s dominance to submit as a case study amid the undeniably existing gender disparities. It was as if she didn’t care about it and went on about her job. By taking up the producer’s hat when such narratives wouldn’t even get talked about is a significant reflection of what she stands for.

On professional ends, the good bit is she understands consumers even more than the content. She caters to the need and has a way of getting the impossible done some way.  How else would you explain her relevance rather dominance for 20 years in an industry where things change in weeks? Some of the products of her enterprises include names like Hum Paanch, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki, Kundali Bhagya and several others. All these T.V. shows were adored by the audiences nationwide making her “The Queen of Indian Television”. I mean do we really realize the magnanimity of what she’s delivered?
