What I Hope Is Not A Part Of Kasautii Zindagi Kay 2

Kasauti Zindagi Kay 2 aired on September 25. Parth Samthaan is seen playing Anurag Basu and Erica Fernandez is playing the character of Prerna. The show is set to be a remake of the iconic show by Ekta Kapoor.

However with the coming of Kausauti in our lives again, I couldn’t help but make a list of things that I definitely don’t want to see in the remake.

1.    Anurag marrying thrice -

 If there is someone who gives competition to Prerna with terrible in matrimony? It is definitely Anurag Basu. This guy married thrice if not more. The first one turned out to be a gold digger, he left the second one (aka Prerna) because of misunderstanding, and third when he married a psychopath who stabbed him in the chest (no he didn’t die of that shot).

2.    Prerna and Mr. Bajaj angle -

If the other thing that gave me a headche watching this show was Prerna and Rishabh getting married twice. I could seriously do away with this omit in the remake. Let’s just allow them to remain married if they are anyway going to end up together. Also the poor guy deserves a break, he got shot too.

3.    The tragic end -

 I waited till the end of the show for my Pre-Rag ship to sail. But what did I get? Prerna gets shot by Komolika and Anurag dies of frostbite and grief in their old age and they unite as ghost. That woman also has no chill. She legit waited till the end of the show and until they all turned eighty or was it more to shoot them. Seriously, why?

4.    Limited episodes -

This is something I would beg for. The last season had 1423 episodes only to have the lead characters dying anyway. I seriously hope that this time it doesn’t extend this long. I would often leave it in the middle for three four episodes only to have moved one day ahead in the show.

5.    Faster pace -

This sprung up from the previous point. I really don’t want this show to be drag again. I honestly do hope it’s better paced than before and that the unnecessary zooming in and out on shocked expressions just doesn’t happen again.

So yeah, these were just the things that I really wanted to put out for all you people out there with the same feeling. Nevertheless, Kasautii Zindagi Kay 2 opened up on a positive note and I hope it continues to remain the same. However, I would admit that I can’t wait for Komolika to enter the show!
