Priyanka Chopra’s White Dress Might Be Plain, But The Price Tag On It Is Pretty Elaborate

When it comes to extravagant fashion, there is no one who believes in ‘no expenses spared’ more than Priyanka Chopra. At this point, whatever dress we see on Priyanka Chopra, even if it is a basic shirt or a tank top, we know that the price of it is going to be beyond the reach of us mere mortals.

She proved us right once again by wearing this simple and plain white satin ruched dress with bishop sleeves at the wrap-up party of her upcoming Bollywood film ‘The Sky Is Pink’. Do not be fooled by the deceptive simplicity of it, that baby sure costs a pretty penny. The dress is from the latest Spring Summer 2019 Collection of American designer Danielle Guizio and carries a price tag of $610 which roughly translates to Rs.42, 283. Yes, that basic looking dress costs about half a lakh!

Priyanka will be coming back to Bollywood after a hiatus of about 3 years with ‘The Sky Is Pink’ directed by Shonali Bose. The film stars Zaira Wasim and Farhan Akhtar apart from Priyanka Chopra and will be based on the young motivational speaker Aisha Chaudhry who suffered from pulmonary fibrosis. Priyanka and Farhan will be playing the role of Aisha’s parents, while the role of Aisha will be essayed by Zaira Wasim.
