Abhishek Bachchan Opens Up About Anurag Kashyap's Gulab Jamun; Calls Aishwarya Rai His ‘Favorite Co-Star’

The very handsome Abhishek Bachchan and the gorgeous Aishwarya Rai Bachchan are not only one of the most adored couples of Tinsel Town, but are also one of the most beautiful on-screen pairs we have ever seen. They have won hearts every time they shared the screen, may it be as husband and wife in Guru, as lovers in Umrao Jaan or as a police officer and thief working together in Dhoom 2. Well, fans were super excited for the couple to reunite on-screen once again in Anurag Kashyap's Gulab Jamun. However, reports had suggested that they walked out of the film because of issues with the script.

In a recent report shared by Bollywood Hungama, Abhishek opened up about the film and was quoted saying, “I don’t know what’s happening with that project. I had a wonderful time working with Anurag Kashyap in Manmarziyaan. I am really proud of that film. I am looking forward to working with him again.” Talking about working with Aishwarya, he shared, “It is always a pleasure working with her. She’s my favourite co-star and she inspires me to do my best whenever we work together. We’ve done some really rewarding work together. I am sure we will be cast together again really soon.”

While we still don’t know when we will get to see Aishwarya and Abhishek shine on-screen together, we are pretty excited about the latter’s upcoming films. He recently won us over with his remarkable performance in Ludo and is now gearing up for the release of The Big Bull. Abhishek has also wrapped up the shoot of the much awaited Bob Biswas.
