Aditya Roy Kapoor Reveals He Has A Music Album In The Pipeline

In the latest season of Koffee With Karan, we all saw how adept Aditya Roy Kapoor is with his guitar. When Karan asked him to strum the strings, without any hesitation he worked his magic and we got to see a glimpse of Aditya’s singing talent on national television and were instantly spellbound. Now, according to a media report, the 33-year-old actor is all set to begin work on a music album within six months.

“Music was a part of my life even before acting happened. But I mostly play my guitar only for myself and sometimes when jamming with my friends. I write songs and there is a definite need to express myself through my music. While I am busy now, in six months I will have some time to explore other things, which is when I will be working on my album,” Aditya told the publication.

Earlier during the filming and the promotions of Aashiqui 2 and Ok Jaanu, his movies co-starring Shraddha Kapoor, the actor has previously been spotted jamming with the actress while strumming a guitar.

The Fitoor actor was reportedly a part of a band at his college, St Xavier’s Mumbai and also used to perform at certain college events.

On the work front, the actor will next be seen in Abhishek Varman’s multi-starrer period drama Kalank, slated for an April 17 release. He would then be seen in Mahesh Bhatt’s Sadak 2, Mohit Suri’s Malang and Anurag Basu’s untitled next alongside Sanya Malhotra.
