Aditya Roy Kapur Denies Stealing Ranveer Singh's Girlfriend In College; Says 'Started Dating Her After They Broke Up'

Earlier in 2017, in interaction with Neha Dhupia on her podcast No Filter Neha season 2, Ranveer made some candid revelations and shared his story of heartbreak where he said his girlfriend from his college days broke up with him to be with Aditya. The Simmba actor also gave him the tag of a ‘girlfriend stealer’. 

Now, finally, Aditya reacted to the same and told Mumbai Mirror that, Ranveer was just being dramatic while sharing the story about his heartbreak. Aditya said he dated her months after her and Ranveer’s break up. “Maybe, I didn’t know how he felt. Only around eight months after that, did I start seeing her.” said the Fitoor actor

While speaking about Aditya, Ranveer had said, “He was like every girl’s fantasy in junior college and the girl that I was crazy about that time who is now married with a kid, I was mad about her. It was a good 4-5 years that I was crazy over her. And then she finally broke up with me. It was in order to move onto a certain Aditya Roy Kapur.”

Ranveer is now happily married to his lady love and actor Deepika Padukone. The couple tied the knot in Italy on November 14, 2018. Meanwhile, Aditya Roy Kapur was last seen in Mahesh Bhatt’s Sadak 2 opposite Alia Bhatt. The film also featured Sanjay Dutt and Pooja Bhatt in pivotal roles. In a recent interview, Aditya also revealed that he spent the lockdown away from the city.
