Adnan Sami Mourns The Death Of Sushma Swaraj, Calls Her A ‘Motherly Figure’!

On 6^th August, 2019, former external minister, Sushma Swaraj passed away after a cardiac arrest in Delhi. The moment the news of her sudden demise hit us, the nation went into a shock. One of the most loved and followed ministers, everyone poured out their condolences on social media. Bollywood celebs too reacted to the news.

Adnan Sami too seems to be heartbroken like many of us. The former Pakistani singer and music director, who changed his nationality to Indian, shared a special bond with Mrs. Swaraj. Sharing throwback pictures, he wrote:

“My family & I are in complete shock to learn the tragic news of dear Sushma ji’s sudden demise. She was a motherly figure for all of us; an extremely respected stateswoman; exceptional orator & a very loving, caring & warm soul. Will miss her dearly.”

It is evident from the pictures that Adnan Sami has met Mrs. Swaraj after the birth of his daughter Medina Sami Khan. Sushma Swaraj showered the baby with love and the pictures are indeed heart-warming.

Sushma Swaraj passed away on 6^th of August at night. She was admitted to AIIMS in Delhi after she suffered from a cardiac arrest. Even after much try, she could not be revived.
