Ajay Devgn Reveals Interesting Details About Chanakya, Neeraj Pandey To Direct The Film

So far, 2019 has been really kind to Ajay Devgn. So far, two of his releases, Total Dhamaal, and De De Pyaar De have both been successful at the box-office with Total Dhamaal being a super hit. Ajay already has the historical epic Tanaahji in the pipeline.

But that is not the only historical character that Ajay is all set to bring alive on screen. Ajay will also be seen playing the lead in Chanakya which would be directed by Neeraj Pandey of A Wednesday and Baby fame.

Recently, in an interview given to a leading daily Ajay Devgn opened about up about the project. He revealed, “This film will be made in two parts because we have a lot to say. Chanakya was way ahead of his time. Whatever is happening today, politically and otherwise, he has spoken it all at that time. He had a vast knowledge and we see whatever he had mentioned then, happening worldwide now.

He further added, “Director Neeraj is busy in scripting. I said it could be made in two parts, merely because summing up his life and history will not be possible in one part.”
