Ajay Devgn, Sidharth Malhotra And Rakul Preet’s Film Gets A Title

Indra Kumar surely is riding high on the 2019 success Total Dhamaal! Not many expected their film to do well, but it’s success put the producer on track and now he is in the big league. Just before his Total Dhamaal success, he faced massive failures with Great Grand Masti and Super Nani. But Total Dhamaal made a huge collection of Rs 154. 23 at the box office.

And now, he is back yet again with another rib-tickling entertainer. Well, this film was announced in December of 2019. it was announced that the veteran filmmaker will be helming an action-comedy, produced by T-Series and Ajay Devgn Films. Ajay, who acted and co-produced Total Dhamaal, will also feature in the star cast along with Sidharth Malhotra and Rakul Preet Singh.

And now, it is being reported that the makers have decided the name for the film as well. Yes, you read that right! Well, the name of the film is Thank God. This revelation was made by Rakul Preet herself during a media interaction. Another media report stated, the film is in the Munna Bhai zone and is about two goofy men with hearts of gold, who are out to reform the society and the madness that ensues as a result. This report also states that it has been Indra Kumar’s passion project and that he has been scripting the idea for years.

It was also in the same media interaction that Rakul stated, that the coronavirus outbreak kind of thwarted her plans to start shooting for the film in the month of April. stated, she was to start shooting for Thank God on April 10. But the Coronavirus outbreak has thrown the schedule out of gear. Nevertheless, the makers are eyeing a summer 2021 release and if all goes well, it shall arrive on schedule.
