Ajay Devgn To Play A Villain In His Next, A Superhero Flick? Here's What We Know

Ajay Devgn has a long list of projects ahead of him. He already has in his kitty a patriotic drama, a sports biopic and a comedy to work on and now you can add a superhero film to the mix. If reports are anything to go by Ajay Devgn has signed on to play a supervillain in his next.

According to a Mumbai Mirror report, Ajay has signed a film with a production house he’s never worked with and has signed on to play a villain. The portal also informs that Ajay’s role as the supervillain is larger than that of the superhero and that’s what got the actor to say yes to the part.

Earlier there have been reports of Ajay collaborating with the Yash Raj Banner for the first time and reports are rife that the project is a superhero film franchise that will see a new villain in every film. Ajay will be the first big antagonist in the franchise.

Reports have also suggested that Ananya Pandey’s cousin Ahaan Panday is all set to make his debut with the film. The movie is a part of YRF’s 50th-anniversary announcement.

The movie is likely to be announced in September.
