Ali Fazal On Wedding With Girlfriend Richa Chadha: "We'll Probably Wait For The Next Year"

Ali Fazal and Ticha Chadha make for one of the cutest couples of Bollywood. The two had made their relationship public some years back and were all set to get married this year. But that was until the coronavirus pandemic took over the word. Due to health precautions and safety reasons, and the lockdown, of course, the wedding had to be postponed. But now, things seem to be returning to normal. So will the couple tie the knot this year?

Well, that seems unlikely and Ali Fazal himself revealed it. Talking to Pinkvilla, the Mirzapur actor said, "I'm definitely not getting married in a year that has two zeros and two twos. We'll probably wait for the next year. The only good thing for me this year is Mirzapur 2 coming which will keep people away from the toxicity on social media."

While fans are waiting for Mirzapur 2's release, the actor had a rocky time in his personal life when he lost his mother. Richa too had been facing unwarranted negativity when Payal Ghosh made derogatory comments about her while alleging Anurag Kashyap of sexual misconduct. Richa and Payal fought it out legally. When asked about this whole issue, Ali said, "I'm glad that men can be feminists and strong ones at the same time. We just want to be there for the ones we love and make sure the society is shaped into something better. We are going to try and be there for everybody. Richa is close to me and of course, I would stand by her through everything."

Ali and Richa are couple goals and we can't wait to witness their wedding!
