Amitabh Bachchan Finds It More Tragic To Lose A Younger Celebrity Than An Elder One: You Lament The Loss Of Opportunity

Irrfan Khan and Rishi Kapoor were two wonderful actors who passed away on the 29^th and 30^th of April respectively. It was a shock to all and sundry. So many had idolised them and loved them for their onscreen roles. Bollywood witnessed the end of an era with the death of these two huge personalities.

Almost everyone in Tinseltown took to their official Instagram page to express their sorrow and bereavement. Amitabh Bachchan too took to his official Instagram account to share his ‘grief.’ Big B in his post tried to shed light on "the death of an elder celebrity vs death of a younger one" and why the death of a younger celebrity is more "tragic."

Well, according to the actor, it is because there are a lot of “unrealised opportunities.”  He shared a collage of pictures on his Instagram account and wrote, “The death of an elder celebrity vs death of a younger .. the grief of the latter more intense than that of the former .. why ..? The younger more tragic. Why the loss of the young seems more tragic than that of the older .. Because you lament the loss of opportunity in the latter .. unrealised possibilities”.
