Anil Goyal Chats Up With Sandip Pal To Reveal How He And Subhash Pawar Joined Hands To Transform The TV Casting Space

That’s exactly what good friends Anil Goyal and Subhash Pawar have done. The two have been casting in-charges by profession for a long-time. Therefore, it was sensible to them to join hands and work conjointly to instead of walking separate paths! The two of them have formed the company, Shine Casting Hub and aim to freelance and cast for varied TV shows.

Goyal who is a bit of a bohemian at heart finds it a bit constraint-ridden to work just for one production house. That is precisely the reason why he is absolutely unable to contain his excitement; and is pepped up for the new beginnings. Quipped he, “I have worked in many production houses in my career. Now I find it apt to freelance and work on many more projects without the boundaries of working only in-house.”

Anil Goyal has been the Casting in-charge on shows like Kundali Bhagya, Chandrakanta, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, Naagin 2, Savdhan India etc.

Goyal’s ally Subhash Pawar has worked in production houses Balaji Telefilms, Rowdy Rascals, Optimystix, Shoonya Square etc with shows Crime Patrol, Savdhan India, Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi, Kumkum Bhagya, Naagin 1, Pavitra Rishta etc. His last show as in-house Casting Director was Mangalam Dangalam. Pawar too thinks that working for an in-house production house limits his scope of work, he wants to delve and cast for shows that have different niches - Thus, Pawar reiterated and reinstated what Goyal said. He reaffirmed, “We will want to work for all genres of shows and deliver in quick time. We have a good network with actors through our years of experience and have the capability of delivering the perfect cast for shows.”

Well with the huge body of work that the duo has in their kitty, it wouldn’t be an exaggeration to state that Shine Casting Hub is all set for an industry make-over of sorts as far as casting is concerned.
