Anushka Sharma calls Virat Kohli and her dad 'the best fathers a daughter can have’, cricketer calls fatherhood his 'greatest joy'

It is the very first Father’s Day for cricketer Virat Kohli after he welcomed his firstborn, Vamika earlier this year with wife Anushka Sharma. The actress took to Instagram to wish both Virat and her own father Ajay Kumar Sharma on the occasion and called them ‘the best fathers a daughter can have’.

“The two most exemplary men . The two who 'get me' ? . Filled with bountiful of love and grace. The best father's a daughter can have ❤” Anushka wrote in a special post. Shares shared a picture with her father and one with Virat from during her pregnancy while a third one featured Virat posing with Anushka’s dad.

Anushka, Virat and Vamika are currently in England for a test series and Anushka has been sharing some exciting updates from there on social media. The cricketer also penned a small note on the occasion feeling blessed to be a father to his daughter and also remembered his own dad. “Happy father's day to all the father's all across the world. Of all the wonderful things that God has blessed me with, being a father is by far the greatest joy and blessing . As I miss my old man this day, I also celebrate our memories together,” the cricketer wrote in his Instgram story.

Virat and Anushka had welcomed their daughter Vamika in January this year.
