#ArrestSwaraBhaskar Trends As An Old Video Surfaces Wherein Actress Is Seen Opposing CAA

Swara Bhaskar is once again in the news. Just a few days ago a viral clip that featured her addressing a media gathering with a fiery speech over CAA garnered all the news and she is back today again as #ArrestSwaraBhaskar trends on Twitter. The reason behind this is an old video that is going viral in the wake of the Delhi violence on social media wherein we can see the actress opposing CAA bill.

According to a section of the netizens, this speech has ignited the tense situation in the capital. In the clip, she is seen encouraging people for protests. Her speech read, “But, you know what I think that time is to actually start answering those messages on those WhatsApp groups. I think that when we talk about resistance, which is really the only way forward. I think we have to find ways to resist at every step, at every single step. I would urge all of us and I am sure you all agree. But still, again, begs repetition. I think we should see Kunal Kamra's act as an act of resistance. That was an act of protest. It doesn't have to be polite.”
