    Everyone is eagerly waiting on Rajkummar Hirani's next installment from the Munna Bhai franchise and so is Arshad Warsi who plays Circuit in the films headlined by Sanjay Dutt. The actor has said that the filmmaker is busy with other projects, deflating all hope by adding that nothing is happening at the moment.

    Talking to Hindustan Times Arshad said, “Nothing is happening. I think you should all go and go out to Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Raju’s house and threaten them to start fast. I don’t know. I don’t think it is going to work. It’s been a bit too long. Raju is busy with other things. I don’t think so,” he said and added, “Sad for all of us.”

    The last film in the Munna Bhai universe, Lage Raho Munna Bhai, released 14 years ago in 2006. The movie was a blockbuster but ever since then there have been many talks for a third part with one almost getting made and then shelved.

    The Munna Bhai movies contributed massively to Arshad solidifying his place in the comedy space in Bollywood, asked if he felt that the movies made him feel stereotyped as the funny friend the actor said that he had no qualms as he usually goes by what people want to see him do. “An actor can only be limited to the talent he has. I don’t have problems with doing anything so I don’t feel myself limited to getting stuck with something. I am one of those fortunate actors who get offered serious roles, villainous roles, everything,” he told the publication.
