Aryan Khan Drug case: NCB seeks custody till 11th October

Shah Rukh Khan's son, Aryan Khan's bail hearing is scheduled at a court in Mumbai today. The starlet was taken to custody by the NCB after drugs were recovered from a cruise party he was a part of. While it was initially thought that he would get bail on 4th October, the hearing was pushed to today, i.e., 7th October. Now, ahead of the verdict, it has been learnt that NCB is seeking custody of all the accused till 11th October, i.e., Monday.

NCB states in remand application they have arrested seventeen people so far and the latest arrest of Achit Kumar is as per the statement given by Aryan Khan and actor Arbaaz Merchant The agency says they need to further carry a raid and confront all the accused so will be asking for NCB custody till 11th of October, 2021. According to updates by Live Law, the remand application states, "The NCB has also arrested on Aachit Kumar along with recovery of contraband on October 6. The said Aachit Kumar has been named by Aryan Khan. New facts and nuances are coming up. As there is an apparent nexus with 1 and 2, keeping everyone on the same pedestal we are seeking custody till 11."

Satish Manshinde, who is representing Aryan Khan has already submitted his bail plea. Now, everyone is waiting for the Court's verdict.
