Ayushmann Khurrana To Begin Shoot For Anubhav Sinha's Spy Thriller Next Week, Heads To North-East

Ayushmann Khurrana is on a roll. He has quite a few films to offer to the audiences once the theatres start running in a full fledge. The actor wrapped up the shoot of Abhishek Kapoor's Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui just a few days back. Now, he is all set to begin the shoot of Article 15 director Anubhav Sinha's next. In fact, looks like he has headed to Guwahati for this reason.

According to a report in Pinkvilla, Anubhav Sinha's spy thriller will go on floors next week, from Monday. A source said, “It’s going to be a long and intense schedule for the actor and it’s one of his biggest films till date in terms of scale and budget. He plays a spy in it. After Article 15, the director-actor duo was on the lookout for something bigger and better, and that’s what led them to collaborate on this edge of the seat spy thriller.”

The director is also keen to utilise the scenic beauty of the north-east and present it like never before. The source added, “It’s an ambitious film, with action, and the team has the vision to mount it in a certain way set against the scenic beauty of North East, making it a theatrical experience for the audience. The locations are treated like a character in the film.”

Apart from Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui and this yet-to-be-titled film, Ayushmann has also signed Doctor G. This film is scheduled for release in the later half of the year.
