Bigg Boss 13: Not Ameesha Patel, The Makers Wanted Mallika Sherawat To Be The ‘Maalkin’ Of the House

So Bigg Boss 13 premiered last Sunday and the TRPs have already started showing an upward trend on TV. People love this voyeuristic content on television and this notorious house is the best when it comes to things like that! It wouldn’t be an exaggeration to state that this show is almost everyone's guilty pleasure!

This year the makers have decided to up their game and that is the reason behind the inclusion of Ameesha Patel in the show. There were lots of speculations about what would Ameesha’s role in the should be. Now, it has been revealed that Ameesha is the ‘Maalkin’ of the Bigg Boss house and she is the one to increase the difficulty quotient in the tasks allotted to the contestants!

However, now we have come to know something that startled us! Well, yes! If media reports are to be believed Ameesha was not the first choice for the role! The makers had decided to cast another actress instead! Well, according to media reports, hot and sexy Mallika Sherawat! Well, the makers wanted Mallika to be the ‘Maalkin’ of the Bigg Boss mansion! However, things did not quite work out! The reason being Mallika’s excessive demand for the role! Well, she had asked for a hefty sum and the makers could not give in to her demands! That is why they roped in Ameesha Patel instead!

Seems luck really favored Ameesha this time, because its a double whammy of sorts, she got a chance to revive her career and at the same time, she will really be seen for a constant period of three months on television! Her career is sure to get a boost! And what’s more, it is a Salman Khan show guys! Aur Bhai ka haath jiske upar bhi hota hai, who tairtaa nahi... Tar Jaata Hai!
