Bigg Boss 13: Salman Khan Calls Sangeeta Bijlani His 'Real Life Heroine' As Anil Kapoor Asks Him About His Favorite Co-Star

Salman Khan turned entertainer for the night as the cast of Pagalpanti joined him on Bigg Boss 13 to promote their film. Anil Kapoor who is a good friend of the star played a little question and answer game with the show’s host. Anil asked Salman who from his long list of female friends and actresses who was his favorite co-star.

The Pagalpanti actor called out names like Bhagyashree, Sonam Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Karisma and Kareena Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit, and Katrina Kaif. While Salman did not react to Aishwarya’s name he smiled at Katrina’s until Anil named Sangeeta Bijlani. At Sangeeta’s name Salman instantly said, “She was my real life heroine.”

Salman Khan dated Sangeeta Bijlani for a while before they decided to get married. The wedding was reportedly called off a few days before the decided date. In fact, a few weeks ago producer Sajid Nadiadwala had revealed on Kapil Sharma’s show that Salman had come really close to getting married in 1999 and on the same day that the producer himself was tying the knot. Salman backed out of the wedding, on the matter, Nadiadwala revealed, “Salman had gotten an attack in 1999 of getting married. He already had a girl, I had to find one for myself. Salman’s father’s birthday is on November 18, so we had decided to tie the knot on the same date. Everything was set, even cards were sent out. Just six or five days before the due date, he said ‘I don’t have the mood’. After changing his mind, he came on stage during my marriage and whispered in my ears. ‘There is a car outside, take it and run away’.”

Well, Salman has never admitted to much as far as his dating life is concerned and so what he said about Sangeeta Bijlani on Bigg Boss 13 sure carries a lot of weight. Anil Kapoor was joined by the Pagalpanti co-stars including Pulkit Samrat, Kriti Kharbanda and Urvashi Rautela.
