Boney Kapoor Reacts To Kerala DGP’s Claims That Sridevi Was Murdered!

Sridevi’s demise last year was one of the saddest days in the history of cinema. The actress was found dead in the bathtub of a hotel room in Dubai. While the nation mourned the loss of the actress so suddenly and at the age of just 54 years. This also resulted in a series of speculations of the cause of her death, especially because the reason was cited as ‘accidental drowning’.

Some days back, a Kerala DGP wrote an article for Kerala Kamudi claiming that his late forensic friend, who had investigated the case, had found circumstantial evidence of murder and not ‘accidental’ drowning.

Well, now Sridevi’s husband, Boney Kapoor, has finally reacted to these claims. According to a report in a popular portal, the producer said,

“I don’t want to react to such stupid stories. There is no need to react because such stupid stories keep coming. Basically, this is somebody’s fragment of imagination.”

Boney Kapoor had been in the hotel at the time of Sridevi’s death and he was the first to have discovered that she is no more. They had also had a chat and while Sridevi went to get ready for dinner with Boney, he kept himself busy by watching TV. When a long time passed by, he got anxious and with no response from Sridevi, he went inside the bathroom, only to find that she was no more!
