Brahmastra: Ranbir Kapoor And Alia Bhatt To Resume Shoot From October; Will Work In Double Shifts

It was back in 2017 when Ayan Mukerji had announced Brahmastra, with Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in the lead. The two, sharing the screen for the first time, had gotten audiences excited. The cast got bigger and better but looks like the release of the film is jinxed. It was scheduled to release last year, but the date was finally fixed to this year. Again, due to the pandemic and the lockdown, it seemed like the dates would be shifted again.

But finally, we have some good news for fans. The shoot of the film would resume from October. In fact, Alia and Ranbir will work in double shift to finish the film. According to a report on Mid Day, the remaining portions will be shot in a studio in Goregaon. A trade source said, “If the crisis is relatively under control, and things go as planned, the film will go back on floors in October. Ayan has broken down the shoot into two shifts — 9 am to 2 pm, followed by another from 4 pm to 9 pm. There will be two separate minimal crews for the stints, with each unit adhering to on-set safety guidelines.”

Well, we hope we will get to see the film soon. We have our fingers crossed!
