Deepika Padukone Says Piku Is One Of Her Fav Characters; Reveals The First Thing She’ll Do Post Lockdown

For instance, she revealed that the first thing she’ll do after the lockdown has properly lifted is visit her parents and sister in Bangalore. Deepika also shared that Piku is one of her most favorite characters that she has ever portrayed on-screen. Well, she truly was a delight to watch in the Amitabh Bachchan and Irrfan Khan co-starrer. Meanwhile on the work front, Deepika will soon shine on the big screen in Kabir Khan’s much-awaited sports drama ‘83, alongside Ranveer Singh. While Ranveer is portraying the role of legendary cricketer Kapil Dev in the film, Deepika will be playing the character of his on-screen wife Romi Bhatia. She will next share the silver screen with Ananya Panday and Gully Boy fame Siddhant Chaturvedi in Shakun Batra's as-yet untitled romantic drama.
