Deepika Padukone Talks Of 8 Years Of Being Together With Ranveer Singh, Asserts "Can’t Say I Know Everything About Him"

For a couple who never publicly addressed their relationship for the all years they were dating, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone now face a lot of questions about each other after getting married. Even though it has been two years since they tied the knot, the curiosity around the Bollywood couple ceases to die down and be it their Instagram PDA or them talking about each other in interviews, fans love their relationship and how they retain their individuality as actors at the same time.

Deepika reminisced her days of dating Ranveer in a recent interview with Femina India spoke about what attracted her to him. She told the publication, "What attracted me to him was the fact is that we have been together for eight years and are still discovering each other. I think that is the beauty of our relationship. We started off not as lovers but close friends, who connected at some level, even though we are very different people. So, even today, I don’t think he knows everything about me, and I can’t say I know everything about him.”

Talking about whether they weigh in on each other’s work and discuss their professional life she added, “We talk about things, he’ll talk about his meetings, films that he has been offered. I’ll talk about things that I’ve been offered and am considering, but, we do not interfere in one another’s professional decisions. Of course, if he’s had a hard day or I’ve had a hard day or if things are not going well, or even if they are going well, we’ll definitely share with each other, talk and guide each other, but, at the end of the day, the final decision is one’s own.”

Ranveer and Deepika who have been one of Bollywood’s most loved on screen and off screen Bollywood pair will once again be seen together in the sports drama ’83. The film has Ranveer Singh playing former Indian cricket team captain Kapil Dev while Deepika while be seen as his wife Romi Dev. The film which has been delayed by almost a year I soon expected to announce a new release date.
