On this special occasion, Prakash Padukone, Rahul Dravid, Pullella Gopichand and Sunil Chhetri attended the celebration at the Padukone-Dravid Centre for Sports Excellence campus. She will now begin gearing up for her next film ‘83, a sports drama narrating Kapil Dev's journey of life as well as how he became the captain of the Indian national cricket team and won the 1983 Cricket World Cup. While her husband Ranveer Singh is playing the role of the legendary cricketer, Deepika will portray the character of his on-screen wife.
