Dharmendra, Jeetendra And Vinod Khanna Starrer, The Burning Train’s Remake On Cards

Remember the 1980 classic, The Burning Train? The film, which was a multi-starrer and had some of the biggest names of the industry at that time, like Jeetendra, Dharmendra, Vinod Khanna, Parveen Babi and Hema Malini. Well, we are now all set to have a remake of the film after three decades.

The film would be produced by Jackky Bhagnani and Juno Chopra . The director and the lead actors are yet to be finalised. Talking about the project, Jackky Bhagnani told Mumbai Mirror, “It’s classic Bollywood and I’m thrilled to be working with my friend Juno to recreate the magic that Ravi Chopra sir had 40 years ago. It has its heart at the right place and we are all set to give it our all. We will be finalising the cast soon. The modern adaptation will be set in a train itself and will have a new twist.”

The original was a remake of a Japanese film called ‘The Bullet Train’ and revolves around a train that catches fire while heading to its destination. But who do you think will be perfect as the lead cast in the new version? Let us know what you think in the comments.
