Bollywood actor Imran Khan separated from his wife Avantika Malik a year back, after almost 9 years of marriage. The duo let everyone know that they are living separately but had been silent about what the reason behind it was. They have also been sharing cryptic posts about it, but there has no way to know what really is going on. Now, a reason behind the split has come out in the open and it might be a third person!

Yes, it is now being said that Imran Khan's affair was the reason behind his split with wife Avantika. A report in Bollywood Hungama mentioned that it might be because of Imran's closeness to Lekha Washington. A source claimed, "Imran and Lekha have been seeing each other for some time. Lekha's husband Pablo Chatterji and Imran were close buddies but a roaring affair between the two started without anyone's knowledge. In fact, after Avantika moved out of the bungalow, Imran has started introducing Lekha to his circle as well. This has also brought Lekha's marriage on the brink of a breakdown. Both the families are completely scattered at this point. Lekha can be spotted going in and out of the building in the wee hours. It is very close to his own house at Pali Hill, Bandra. Imran is waiting for the divorce to come through to announce this new relationship."
