Fardeen Khan Talks About His Drastic Transformation; Says He Mentally Feels 30, But The Target Is 25

Actor Fardeen Khan began his journey as an actor in Bollywood with the 1998 film Prem Aggan. He bagged the Filmfare Best Debut Award for his performance but it was two years later that he rose to prominence with his second film Jungle, alongside Suniel Shetty and Urmila Matondkar. After his 2010 film Dulha Mil Gaya, the actor decided to take some time off and focus on family. Well, Fardeen was recently snapped outside filmmaker Mukesh Chhabra’s office. His physical transformation has now become the talk of the town and he is all set to make a comeback in films!

Talking about his dramatic transformation in a chat with ETimes, the actor shared, “I had stepped back then. I was happy. It was this year that I wasn't feeling 25 anymore. I wanted to physically feel 25. As you grow older, body degeneration catches up with you. I wanted to feel very, very good again. You need to think about it as a body-mind connection. I came across this in some reading I was doing. I started eating right and healthy, coupled it with correct workouts.”

He shared, “I have lost 18 kg in the last six months, but 35 per cent journey is yet to go in this aspect. In the work that we do in our industry, you are expected to look your best and you indeed want to look your best.”
