Farhan Akhtar picks Kishore Kumar to have a face-off with in the boxing ring and he has the most entertaining reason for it

Farhan Akhtar has gotten seemingly proficient in his boxing skills prepping for Toofan since 2019. So when in one of the interesting press meets, Farhan Akhtar was asked which Indian actor would he fight if he had the chance to in a boxing ring, the actor had an interesting response.

Farhan from infinite choices made an interesting pick. The Toofan actor chose legendary singer and actor Kishore Kumar to take on in the ring and he had a very entertaining reason for his hypothetical selection.

 “I would like to see Kishore Kumar in the ring. He had done a boxing scene in this hilarious film Half Ticket. It is one of the funniest scenes that I have seen. So only for that entertaining reason and to be able to meet him. I absolutely love the man and want to spend time with him, not to fight, but just for that. His character from Half Ticket would be great,” Farhan regaled during a press conference.

While to see this happen could only be a dream for both Farhan and everyone else excited about the prospect, the actor is ready to kick off a storm on Amazon Prime Video soon playing a boxer in Toofan.

Toofaan is produced by Ritesh Sidhwani, Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra and Farhan Akhtar, the sports drama is directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra. Toofaan is all set to premiere worldwide on 16 July, 2021 exclusively on Amazon Prime Video in English and Hindi.
