Many Bollywood celebrities have taken to their social media profiles to congratulate and thank Vadodara police for having arrested YouTuber Shubham Mishra who hurled racial slurs and made rape threats at comedian Agrima Joshua. From Swara Bhaskar to Pooja Bhatt everybody lauded the Vadodara police for taking such prompt action.

Richa Chaddha wrote, “Thank you @Vadcitypolice for this swift and timely response. Citizens gradually become disappointed and hopeless with everything, when there’s no rule of law, when hate has no consequences. This was a much-needed reaffirmation. May this episode act as a deterrent for other idiots.”
