Gangubai Kathiawadi: Hrithik Roshan To Play Haji Mastan In This Alia Bhatt Starrer?

Sanjay Leela Bhansali is all set to bring out his next film that will have Alia Bhatt in the lead. She will play the sex worker turned brothel owner turned one of the most dreaded underworld dons, a character that is absolutely different from what we have ever seen her play. Needless to say, the excitement around this film is on its peak and we just cannot wait to know which other actors would be cast for the project!

Well, Ajay Devgn’s name has come forward for the role of the mobster who mentored Gangubai and later fell in love with her. Now we get to hear that Hrithik Roshan might be roped in to play the character of the dreaded don, Haji Mastan. Sources have claimed that he is sorting out his dates and if this indeed happens, it would be an epic film in the truest sense of the word.

Hrithik had earlier collaborated with Sanjay Leela Bhansali for Guzaarish. We are awaiting the official confirmation but are hoping for it soon, since the film will go on floors on the first week of December. Hrithik hasn’t given his nod for any film yet, but reports claim that he will essay Amitabh Bachchan’s role in Farah Khan’s Satte Pe Satta remake.
