Goodbye: Neena Gupta Feels Intimidated By Co-Star Amitabh Bachchan; Is Excited About Working With Him

After leaving us mesmerized by her performance in super hits such as Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan and Masaba Masaba, the gorgeous and very versatile Neena Gupta is all set to return to the screen with her upcoming film Goodbye. She was drawn to the project when she read the script and is quite excited about sharing the screen with megastar Amitabh Bachchan as his on-screen wife. Also featuring ‘National Crush’ Rashmika Mandanna and Pavail Gulati, the much awaited film is being helmed by Vikas Bahl.

In a recent chat with Spotboye, Neena expressed her happiness about collaborating with Big B for the very first time. She was quoted saying, “I am very excited to work with Mr. Bachchan. I have shot for only five-six days in Bombay, but then the lockdown happened so I had to return home.” The shoot of many other films also came to a halt due to the lockdown, whereas many television shows shifted their base to continue shooting amid the pandemic.

Neena stated, “I haven't started my scenes with him yet, but I am very intimidated by him.” She went on to explain, “It's like when we are waiting for the short, he would be sitting in a corner and I would wonder should I go close to him, talk to him or no. Should I ask him something or not? It's actually quite a thing and I think slowly things will be fine for all of us.”

Well, seeing them together will definitely be a delight for fans as well. Can’t wait!
