'Sankat Mochan Mahabali Hanumaan' actor Arun Mandola isn’t the happiest person right now. His sister is soon going to tie the knot in Delhi, but the actor, who is now in Mumbai, would have to give it a miss. The reason is obvious-coronavirus scare.

In an interview with TOI, he has revealed how special it was because it would be the first wedding in the family after a long time. He said, “My sister was supposed to get married in March, but we had to postpone it to May because of the coronavirus lockdown. When the lockdown was extended, we had to postpone it again. We decided on the date last minute, I wasn't able to get the tickets. Also, I didn't want to take a risk with flying right now.”

His parents are yet to come to terms with his decision and thinks that he would probably surprise all by arriving last minute. But he is rigid with his decision and added, “If I attend the wedding in this situation, then I could possibly be putting my family at risk.” He also said that it would be a very small function, attended by just 25 people and with measures taken so that no one stands a risk of getting infected. He also said,  “I video call her almost every day and will be connected through video call even on her big day. And I hope she knows that my blessings are always with her.”

Well, prevention is always better than cure and we hope that his family would understand about his decision.
