Hindi Diwas 2020: Shubhangi Atre Feels Young Generation Is Unversed In Hindi Literature, Says ‘It Is Necessary For Them To Explore'

Like the entire country, Bollywood and TV industry too is basking in the glory of our national language Hindi today. Well, as we celebrate Hindi Diwas, the TV celebs made sure to shed light on what they feel is special about this day and how it should be celebrated. 

We exclusively got in touch with &TV’s comic show Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai Actress Shubhangi Atre to know how is she celebrating that day and who is her favorite writer when it comes to Hindi literature.

The TV actress feels she likes a lot many Hindi writers and that it is very difficult for her to choose one. She tells us, “Munshi Premchand, Acharya Chatur Sen, Amritlal Nagar, Shivani Subhadra Kumari Chauhan, it is a big list of my favorite writers in Hindi, but all of their writing styles are so different and all of them are special. Some have a very good command of the language, while some are really good with characterizations.” 

Atre further stressed on how the current generation is unaware of the treasure trove that is available to them in the Hindi literary arena, “I think, now people are not well-versed with Hindi literature but I feel it is very necessary for the young generation to understand and explore that,” she said.
