Hrithik Roshan And Deepika Padukone To Be Paired Opposite Each Other In Satte Pe Satta Remake?

It was reported a few months back that Bollywood is all set to remake another classic and this time it would be Amitabh Bachchan-Hema Malini starrer Satte Pe Satta. In fact, many big names like that of SRK, Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar had come up for the lead. But it had later been reported that Hrithik Roshan will step into Amitabh Bachchan's shoes as he did in Agneepath.

Now we get to hear that the female lead for the film is also almost confirmed and if the actress is question does sign the dotted lines, then we will see a fresh pair that will attract audiences. We are talking about Deepika Padukone.

According to a report by Pinkvilla, Deepika has given her nod for the project. "Both Farah and Rohit wanted Deepika Padukone in the movie because not only do they love her but she fits the role to the T. When DP debuted, everyone felt she had an uncanny resemblance to Hema ji in terms of her beauty as well. When Farah narrated the story to DP, she loved it and instantly gave her nod." 

Well, with Farah Khan and Rohit Shetty joining forces, the film was already worth waiting for. Now if Hrithik and Deepika do romance each other on-screen, then no points for guessing that it will be one of the most awaited upcoming Bollywood films.

Hrithik Roshan is all set for Anand Kumar biopic, Super 30, that will release this week. Other than that, he will be seen in an action film alongside Tiger Shroff. Deepika Padukone, on the other hand, has wrapped up Meghna Gulzar's Chhapaak, which is the story of acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal and will also be seen essaying the role of Kapil Dev's on-screen wife in Kabir Khan's '83.
