    Akshay Kumar is all about breaking the mould when it comes to the norms of stardom in Bollywood. Starring in multiple projects a year Akshay being in a movie even ensures that the film turns out to be a super hit. Featuring in a special session at the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit 2019, the actor spoke about signing multiple films in a year and said that he sits doing nothing practically 205 days a year as each film takes about forty days a year and he only four when he can do eight films in a year.


    Speaking about not fitting into the shell of being action star or an actor bringing social change through this films, Akshay said that he doesn’t like being typecast and has even gone ahead to sign on to play a transgender in Laxmmi Bomb.

    On why he wanted to play a transgender Akshay said that he isn’t uncomfortable at all and added "I consider myself lucky that I got to play a transgender person in Laxmmi Bomb. I’m proud of that role."

    Akshay Kareena spoke at length about their individual journeys in Bollywood at the event and made some very interesting revelations about each other as well where Kareena said she wants to get paid as much as Akshay and the actor offered for her to partner for a film with him where she should play the hero.
