HTLS 2020: Priyanka Chopra Jonas Reveals When Fans Will Get To See Her In Another Bollywood Film

Global icon Priyanka Chopra Jonas is undoubtedly one of the most talented and versatile actresses that the Indian cinema has ever seen. While the beauty has been shining on-screen with a few Hollywood projects, her last Hindi film was Shonali Bose’s 2019 super hit The Sky Is Pink. The film featured spectacular performances paired with a heartwarming story-line. PeeCee is now gearing up for the release of English language film The White Tiger, co-starring Rajkummar Rao.

Fans are super excited to see her share the screen with Raj for the very first time. However, many are now eagerly waiting for Priyanka to announce her next out and out desi film. Much to our delight, the actress opened up about the same at the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit 2020. In a joint session with husband Nick Jonas, Priyanka shared, “Well, The White Tiger is an English language film with an Indian cast because the book was an English language book. So it’s been adapted that way. I really want to do a Hindi film. The last one was The Sky Is Pink, which was last year.”

The actress went on to add, “I’m hoping that I’ll be able to do one in the end of the coming year. I’m in conversations with a few people, a few amazing friends of mine, and we’re trying to come together to make a really fun Hindi movie. So, should be happening soon.”
