Ishaan Khatter And Ananya Pandey To Begin Shooting For Ali Abbas Zafar's Kaali Peeli In September?

After doing back to back films with Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, Ali Abbas Zafar seems to have found the leads pair for his next production Kaali Peeli in Ishaan Khatter and Ananya Pandey. The film is said to be ready to go on floors mid September and the fresh pairing is certainly something to look forward to.

Ananya who made her Bollywood debut this year in the film Student Of The Year 2 is currently busy shooting for her upcoming film Pati Patni Aur Woh in Lucknow and upon her returns she will begin shooting for Kaali Peeli in September. Ishaan Khatter on the other hand who made his debut with Majid Majidi’s Beyond The Clouds and went on to star in Dhadak opposite Janhvi Kapoor last year will be seen in the film.

Kaali Peeli is Ali Abbas Zafar’s debut as a film producer and the movie will be directed by one of his associates. While there is no confirmation from the two actors or Ali on the same but a source close to Pinkvilla was quoted saying, "The first schedule of Kaali Peeli is expected to roll out around mid-September. They are shooting in Mumbai and they start on September 15. It's a unique love story that will be produced by Ali Abbas Zafar and directed by one of his associates.”

The pairing is young and interesting and we look forward to hearing more on the project soon from the cast.
