Janhvi Kapoor Shells Out Rs. 39 Crores For A New House, Spreading Over Three Floors In Juhu Based Building

Janhvi Kapoor is looking at new beginnings in 2021. The actress who is just two films in old in Bollywood is now a proud owner of a lavish triplex in Mumbai city which she has reportedly sealed the deal on in December 2020.

The Dostana 2 star who presently lives with her father Boney Kapoor and sister Khushi Kapoor has bought a new house that comes with an eye-popping price tag. Janhvi has according to reports shelled our Rs. 39  crores in securing ownership of three floors in a Juhu-based building. The place spreads over 3,456 square feet on the 14th, 15th, and 16th floor according to a report on Square Feet India.

The deal for the property was finalized on December 7 and a stamp duty of Rs. 78 lakhs was paid by the actress. It is still unclear what Janhvi’s plans are with this swanky new place.

On the work front, Janvhi is looking at several busy months ahead. She has Dostana 2 in the pipeline this year opposite Kartik Aaryan and is due to being shooting for the Hindi remake of Nayanthara’s Tamil film Kolamaavu Kokila in Punjab. She also has her film Roohi Afzana waiting to be released and has Takht with Karan Johar waiting to go on floors.
