Kangana Ranaut Lashes Out At Nikhil Dwivedi Asks, “What Have You Built? Sleazy Films?" Says The World Laughs At Bollywood

Kangana Ranaut is a controversial figure these days in the political world. The actress was indirectly called out this morning by veteran actress Jaya Bachchan in the Parliament for tarnishing the image of Bollywood. However, not one to quietly endure criticism, Kangana hit back.

The actress sought Jaya out for her remarks and asked her if she would feel the same way if her daughter Shweta was harassed or her son Abhishek was bullied.

The actress also got into a war of words with actor Nikhil Dwivedi later in the day after he called her out for a tweet where she said the Bollywood didn’t belong to Karan Johar or his father but has been built by the contributions of everyone right from Dadasaheb Phalke to the audiences that pay for the tickets.

Taking cue from Kangana’s example Nikhil wrote in Hindi, “That way every individual from the film industry had also built India. We have contributed to everything in the same way even in building you. We have also bought tickets to your film but if tomorrow you do something wrong we cannot blame the entire film industry nor can we praise them for thing you do right.”

Kangana was quick to lash out at the actor after this writing, “What have you built? Item numbers? extremely sleazy films? drugs culture? treason and terrorism? The world laughs at Bollywood, the country is mocked everywhere. Dawood too earned himself a name and money but try and earn respect and don’t try to hide the ill deeds.”

Nikhil then asked the actress “If the film industry is so disgusting, what attracted you to it?” and the Manikarna star said her purpose in Bollywood was to expose the movie mafia and she did that.
